What are some invasive thoughts that occur for you after eating? I’m referring to the ones that trigger a lot of guilt.

Now entertain this thought for a second. Who would you be in those moments if you were someone who didn’t have the belief and thought that whatever you ate was bad somehow. Read that again. Just pretend and bask in that moment for a bit 🌻

What comes up for you? Name the emotions. Embody them by noticing how they feel in your body?

Let’s practice sitting with that for a while. Your body needs to remember how it feels to have permission, safety, and joy with eating.
