Sigh. Even fruit, a common ED safe food, can be under attack these days. Then tell me what else is there left to eat? And then someone will say Manuka honey is good…even though that has sugar too. If you’re in sports then you absolutely need sugar to fuel your activity.

So to answer the question, no. Fruit is not bad, sugar is not bad, pasta is not bad, milk chocolate is not bad, butter is not bad…you get the drift.

Every food has a purpose, one that serves our body and/or our mind. They all play a part in nourishment. All foods fit. Trust that your body can tell you what it wants, some days it wants a burger and some days it might not. The key is to honour your needs 🎖
